The word kerygma is a Greek word that literally means “preaching” or “proclamation.” The Great Story of Jesus: why he came, how he came, his life, death, resurrection, and ascension, and his invitation for each and every person to encounter him in order to make the choice to follow him in the midst of his Church, is the content of that proclamation and the Kergyma Retreat.
